Understanding the Custom Fields tab within a case
Introduction
The Custom Fields tab stores additional application data for customers who have requested custom fields at the end of their white-label application flow. The tab is hidden when no custom fields are populated and appears only when custom fields are present.
- First, navigate to the Cases tab and select the Case # to review.

- Next, locate and select the Custom Fields tab.

The Custom Fields tab houses any fields specific to the onboarding flow. This view displays the questions and data captured from the custom fields on the application.
