Understanding the Documents tab within a case
Introduction
The Documents tab provides a consolidated view of all files associated with a case, including application documents, supporting materials, and compliance uploads. It stores uploaded files from this tab as well as documents uploaded through other tabs and the audit trail, giving a complete record of all case-related materials.
- First, navigate to the Cases tab and select the Case # to review.

- Next, locate and select the Documents tab.

- Below is a view of the tab displaying all case documents.
