Understanding the KYB tab within a case
Introduction
The KYB (Know Your Business) tab provides a centralized view of business verification details, helping streamline the underwriting process. It consolidates legal entity data, registration records, and ownership information to give a complete picture of the business.
The tab is organized into the following sections:
- Background
- Business Registration
- Contact Information
- Website
- Watchlists
Using crosswalking logic (known as facts), the KYB tab enriches and validates data so fields are more accurate and complete than in previous versions. Together, these sections enable underwriters to quickly verify business identity, confirm legitimacy, and move cases forward with confidence.
- First, navigate to the Cases tab and select the Case # to review.
- Next, locate and select the KYB tab.
