Understanding the Overview tab within a case
Introduction
The Overview tab is the first screen displayed when opening a case and serves as a centralized hub for understanding key business insights. It includes general information such as the Business Name and Date, as well as a full audit trail of activity within the case.
This tab also highlights the Worth Score and assigned risk level, providing an at-a-glance assessment of the business. In addition, it offers a high-level summary of the case through Case Insights, with the option to download a complete 360 report.
- First, navigate to the Cases tab and select the Case # to review.
- Next, locate and select the Overview tab, which appears first when the case is opened.
The Overview tab displays the following information:
- Business Information – Displays the business name and onboarded date. System-generated identifiers, including the Case ID and Business ID, are also shown for reference.
- Applicant and Underwriter Details – Displays the applicant name(s) (multiple applicants may be listed) and the underwriter assigned to review the case.
- Case Activity – Provides a full audit trail of all actions taken on the case, including status updates, changes, and assignments.
- Case Results – Shows the proprietary Worth Score, which functions like a business credit score, along with the assigned risk level (Low, Medium, or High).
- Case Overview – Summarizes key metrics—such as risk, financial health, and public standing—to help interpret the Worth Score and overall evaluation.
