Instructions for archiving a business
Introduction
This article provides step-by-step instructions for deleting a business in the platform. For record-keeping purposes, a business cannot be permanently deleted. Instead, the platform allows a soft delete, which archives the business and hides it from the active view without removing it from the system. A business can be restored at any time if reactivation is needed.
- From the top-left navigation menu, select the Businesses tab.
- On the Businesses page, select View Details for the business that needs to be deleted.
- On the Business Details page, select Archive Business in the top-right corner.
- An Archive Business pop-up will appear to confirm the archive request or cancel the action.
