Instructions for restoring an archived business
Introduction
This article provides step-by-step instructions for restoring a business that has been previously archived (soft deleted) in the platform. Restoring a business makes it visible again in the active view and reactivates access to all related data. Only users with Admin privileges can perform this action.
- From the top-left navigation menu, select the Businesses tab.

- On the Businesses page, click the Filter dropdown menu, select Archived under the Status section, and click Apply.

- In the list of archived businesses, in the Action column, select Restore Business.

- A Restore Business pop-up will appear to confirm the request or cancel the action.
