How to Set Up a New User Account

This guide explains how to easily add a new user account in the Worth AI portal.

  • Step 1: In the Worth AI portal, select the Users tab located in the top-left corner.

  • Step 2: On the Users screen, click the black Add New User button located in the top-right corner.

  • Step 3: Fill Out the “Create New User” form.

  • Fill in all required fields marked with a red asterisk: 
    • First name 
    • Last name 
    • Email address 
    • Select the role level from the drop down. 

Email Address Requirements

Each user account in the portal must be associated with a unique email address. If an email has already been used—for example, for a sandbox (test) account—it cannot be reused for a production account. However, creating a new email address isn't required. A simple variation of the existing address can be used by adding a “+” and keyword (e.g., Example@joinworth.com becomes Example+Worth@joinworth.com). The system recognizes this as a unique address, but all messages will still be delivered to the original inbox.

  • Step 4: After entering the required details, click the black Create button in the bottom-right corner. 
    • A confirmation email will be sent from no-reply@joinworth.com.  
    • If the email does not appear in the inbox, please check the spam or junk folder. 
    • This confirmation email is necessary to complete registration and start using the platform.
