How to Use Worth AI’s Chat Feature

This article explains how to use the Chat feature within the Worth AI platform.

  • Start by logging in to the Worth AI portal.
    • The process can be completed in either the live environment or the Sandbox.
  • Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and click it to get started.

Chatbox

    • Once clicked, a chat box will open on your screen.

Chat appears

  • Fill out the requested information and explore related articles as needed:

    • Full Name – Enter your full name in the provided field.
    • Have you searched the Knowledge Base? – Select Yes or No to let us know if you've already looked for an answer.
      • If “No” is selected, the chat will prompt for a brief description of the issue and suggest entering keywords to search relevant Knowledge Base articles.
        • In the example below, entering the keywords “Worth 360 Report” retrieves several related articles. Select the article that best matches the question.

Chat Articles

  • If the articles do not resolve the question, the option to connect with the Worth AI Client Success team will appear. 

    • The chatbot will first request additional details about the support needed before transferring to a live team member.

Chat CS Support

    • Live chat is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.

    • Messages received before 3:00 PM ET will be addressed the same day. Messages received after 3:00 PM ET will receive a response by 10:00 AM ET the next business day.

    • During holidays, response times may be delayed. For extended closures (e.g., Thanksgiving), a notice will be added to the chat indicating when support will resume.
