This article explains how to use the Chat feature within the Worth AI platform.
- Start by logging in to the Worth AI portal.

- The process can be completed in either the live environment or the Sandbox.
- Look for the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and click it to get started.

- Once clicked, a chat box will open on your screen.

Fill out the requested information and explore related articles as needed:
- Full Name – Enter your full name in the provided field.
- Have you searched the Knowledge Base? – Select Yes or No to let us know if you've already looked for an answer.
- If “No” is selected, the chat will prompt for a brief description of the issue and suggest entering keywords to search relevant Knowledge Base articles.
- In the example below, entering the keywords “Worth 360 Report” retrieves several related articles. Select the article that best matches the question.
- If “No” is selected, the chat will prompt for a brief description of the issue and suggest entering keywords to search relevant Knowledge Base articles.

If the articles do not resolve the question, the option to connect with the Worth AI Client Success team will appear.

The chatbot will first request additional details about the support needed before transferring to a live team member.

Live chat is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.

Messages received before 3:00 PM ET will be addressed the same day. Messages received after 3:00 PM ET will receive a response by 10:00 AM ET the next business day.

During holidays, response times may be delayed. For extended closures (e.g., Thanksgiving), a notice will be added to the chat indicating when support will resume.
