Understanding the Businesses Page

Navigating the Businesses Page

Introduction

The Worth AI portal simplifies customer management by centralizing tools for managing businesses, prioritizing actions, and reviewing business credit scores—all within the Businesses view.

  • From the top-left navigation menu, select the “Businesses” tab.

    Businesses
On the Businesses page, companies are organized into six columns: Business Name, Onboarding Date, Business Status, Risk Monitoring, Action, and Audit Trail.

Add a Business
  • Business Name - The legal name of the business, as provided by the applicant.
  • Onboarding Date - When the application process was initiated.
  • Business Status - Indicates whether a business is Verified or Unverified
    • A status of Verified means that the submitted TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) and business name combination successfully matches an official record held by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
    • This match confirms that the TIN is valid and correctly formatted, the business name exactly aligns with IRS records, and the entity is recognized by federal tax authorities.
  • Risk Monitoring - Continuously checks public records, reviews, adverse media, watchlists, and more to provide daily updates and risk scores after onboarding.
    • It proactively alerts risk teams to potential issues, enabling faster responses to high-risk activity.
    • The system includes several alert statuses: Open (default), Assigned, Investigating, Escalated, and Closed.
  • Action - View Details – Opens access to business information, including name, address, contact details, and financial records.
  • Audit Trail - Logs and tracks key activities and changes within the Worth platform. It includes:
    • Document uploads and application review actions
    • Records of invitation activity, including sender, recipient, timestamps, and requested sections
    • Invitation IDs and completion details
    • Case-level and business-level activity logs
      • Manual notes and document uploads can also be added directly to the audit trail.
  • Click the View button in the Audit Trail column to see detailed case activity for a business.

  • The Case Activity (also known as the Audit Trail) provides a chronological record of all actions taken on the case since its creation, with the most recent activity appearing first.
