Navigating the Cases Page
Introduction
The Worth AI portal simplifies full case management by consolidating everything your team needs into a single view and platform—Cases.
The Cases screen serves as the central hub for reviewing and managing all submitted applications and any risk alerts that trigger a case. Cases appear in a table with the following column headers:
- Case # – Unique identifier assigned to each case, displayed as a blue hyperlink that opens the case when selected.
- Date – Date the case was created.
- Type – Category of the case, such as Onboarding, Application Edit, or Risk alert.
- Business Name – Name of the business associated with the case.
- Status – Indicates the current stage of the case in the review process, such as Pending Decision, Under Manual Review, or Auto Approved, among others.
- Applicant – Individual who submitted the application.
- Assignee – Team member currently responsible for the case.
- Actions – A blue eye icon that opens the case for review when selected.
The table includes a filter dropdown in the top-left corner to help narrow search results. Available filter options include Case Type, Status Type, and Date Range.
For more information on Case Types—such as Onboarding, Risk, and Application Edit—and Status Types—like Under Manual Review, Risk Alert, and Paused—please refer to the Onboarding Case Statuses & Transitions page.
