Overview of available features and their functions
After signing in, select Settings from the bottom-left corner of the navigation menu.

The Settings page includes seven tabs, each serving a specific purpose:

General
- Contains options for updating the account name, email address, or password.

Design & Branding
- Provides configuration options for logos, colors, and design elements to align with brand identity.
- For setup details, refer to the How to Update Branding, Logos, and Colors article.

Features
- Displays all features currently active within the account.
- Sandbox instances may indicate whether Live Data or Sandbox Data is enabled.
- Production instances may display Live Data or Disabled statuses.

Scoring & Alerts
- Divided into two sections: Scoring and Risk Alerts.
- Scoring: Used to define score ranges and risk categories (High Risk, Medium Risk, Low Risk).
- Risk Alerts: Allows customization of which types of alerts are active.
- Scoring: Used to define score ranges and risk categories (High Risk, Medium Risk, Low Risk).
Notifications
- Includes two sections: My Notifications and Applicant Notifications.
- My Notifications: Enables alerts for new case assignments when a case is assigned to a user.
- Applicant Notifications: Controls which messages are sent to applicants.
- Recommended configuration: enable Onboarding Notifications so applicants receive emails when onboarding begins and completes.
- The Integration Failures and Score Changes and Updates notifications can remain disabled.
- My Notifications: Enables alerts for new case assignments when a case is assigned to a user.
Advanced
- Provides tools for managing webhooks, including setup and control of event data sent to external applications.
