Overview of available features and their functions
After signing in, select Settings from the left navigation menu.
The Settings page is organized into five tabs:
General
- This section provides options to opt in to Case Management 2.0 (if not already enabled) or to change the account password.
Design & Branding
- This section highlights design and branding, allowing personalization to reflect brand identity. For setup details, see the How to Update Branding, Logos, and Colors article.

Notifications
- This section is broken into 2 sections; My Notifications and Applicant Notifications.
- My Notifications is used to enable New Case Assignments notifications, which provide alerts when a new case is created.

- Applicant Notifications controls which notifications are sent to applicants.
- It is recommended to enable only the Onboarding notification so applicants receive emails when starting and completing onboarding.
- The Integration Failures and Score Changes and Updates notifications can remain disabled.
- Applicant Notifications controls which notifications are sent to applicants.
Scoring & Alerts
This section allows customization of Risk Alerts, Worth Score Ranges, and Risk Monitoring.
Notifications can be enabled for events such as:
- Movement to a higher risk tier
- New adverse media
- New bankruptcy, lien, or judgment
- Worth Score change alerts
- VantageScore® 4.0 alerts
Advanced
This section is for managing webhooks, allowing setup and control of events to be sent to other applications.
