List of Acceptable Documents:

  1. Lease or rental agreements that must include the signature of both the property owner/landlord and the tenant
  2. Utility bills (water, electricity, gas, internet) dated within the past six months
  3. Pay stub
  4. Federal or state tax returns within the past 2 years
