Why Is My Worth Score Unavailable?
Understand the common reasons a Worth Score may be unavailable and how to troubleshoot them.
Introduction
The Worth Score is generated using business information, public records, and third-party data sources to provide a holistic view of a business's profile. For a score to generate successfully, sufficient verified data must be available. When that data is unavailable, incomplete, or still being retrieved, the Worth Score will either remain pending or not appear at all.

Example of an unavailable Worth Score displayed as Pending.
Reasons the Worth Score May Be Unavailable1. Missing Revenue Data
Revenue is a common factor in Worth Score generation. For many clients, revenue is required as part of the scoring criteria. If revenue data is missing and the client's configuration requires it, the score may not be generated. The CSM must be informed in order to exclude revenue from Worth Score generation.
What to check: Confirm whether revenue was provided and whether your organization's scoring configuration requires revenue for score generation.
2. No Public Records Found (Very New Businesses)
The Worth Score relies on public record data from one or more of the following sources:
- Adverse Media
- Business Reviews
- Location and Places Data
- Business Verification Records
Businesses that are less than 30 days old may not yet appear in these sources.
Without at least one public record match, the score cannot be generated.
What to check: Verify the business's date of formation. If the business was recently established, public records may not yet be available. Please note that once a case has been submitted without a Worth Score, it will not automatically update when public records become available. Cases remain static unless the application is edited and resubmitted, or the account has Risk Monitoring enabled.
3. Application Not Yet Submitted
A Worth Score will not generate for a case that is still in Onboarding status. The score only runs after the application has been submitted and the case moves out of the onboarding stage.
What to check: Confirm the case status in Case Management. If the application has not been submitted, complete and submit it to trigger score generation.
4. Integration Failures or Delayed Data Return
The Worth Score depends on data from integrated Data Suppliers. If any of these integrations fail or experience delays in returning results, the score may remain in a pending state or not appear.
What to check:The case status won’t show a separate pending or error state. Instead, please confirm the case is not still in an onboarding status. In some cases, the Worth Score may still show as pending, or integrations may still be running in the background.
5. Score Generated at Business Level but Not Surfaced at Case LevelIn some cases, a Worth Score may successfully calculate at the business level but not appear within the associated case. A Worth Score is calculated and stored at the business level, but a case must also be properly associated with that score in order to display it. If the score appears for the business but not the case, it generally indicates that the case is not linked to the available score or that required information was missing during processing. If the issue persists after verifying the business data, please contact Worth Support for further investigation.
Troubleshooting Steps- Verify whether revenue data was provided.
- Check the case status and ensure the application has been submitted.
- Confirm the business age has allowed time for public records to become available if the business was recently established.
- Review integration status is complete.
- Contact Support by emailing support@joinworth.com, or using the chat widget in the platform, if the issue persists.
Additional Information
- When a Worth Score is unavailable, the score chart in the 360 Report will not be displayed. This is expected behavior.
- Score generation may vary depending on the availability, quality, and combination of data associated with the business at the time of evaluation.
- Score availability may improve over time as data sources update their records for newly established businesses.

Example of a 360 Report when the Worth Score has not yet been generated.
Note: A 360 Report may still be available even when the Worth Score is pending or unavailable. In these cases, some report sections may be displayed while score-related information remains unavailable.
