Quick Access to Company Info, KYB Data & Risk Assessments
Introduction
The Business section is a centralized hub that brings together all available data for each business profile, providing a clear, comprehensive view in one place. With built-in tools like Action Links, Audit Trails, and Batch Upload & Scoring, it supports efficient, large-scale business management. Integrated risk monitoring and the Worth Score offer real-time, actionable insights to help teams make fast, confident decisions and maintain proactive oversight.
- To access the Business Details, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Business section from the left-hand panel.
- Click the “View Details” link next to the desired business.
- Select All Cases from the available options.
- Choose the relevant Ticket Number (e.g., 1bdb4488-c056-4940-a177-0cc6ca1cabb3).
- Click on any of the available tabs to review the business details.
The Business page includes multiple tabs, each presenting specific information about the business:
- Company: Access comprehensive company information—such as registration details, ownership structure, and compliance data—to support thorough background checks as part of the Know Your Business (KYB) process.
- KYB (Know Your Business): Automated verification of a business’s identity, including directors, stakeholders, and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs). This process leverages global corporate registries, government databases, and public records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Access global PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and sanctions databases as well as other key public records, to identify potential risks associated with the business.
- Public Records: There are three tabs available for review: Brand Management, Public Filings, and Adverse Media.
- Brand Management: Reviews are aggregated from multiple sources and averaged. Each entry includes the review source, total number of reviews, and the percentage breakdown.
- Public Filings: This section provides visibility into key legal records associated with the business, including judgments, liens, bankruptcies, and complaints, helping to assess financial and legal risks.
- Adverse Media: Conducts searches for negative media coverage related to the business and its owner(s), with direct links provided for each media post found. For clients using the Risk Monitoring feature, alerts are triggered if new adverse media is detected after onboarding.
- Banking: Manage banking details associated with the business—an essential component for evaluating financial health and transaction history..
- Accounting: Access key financial statements—such as revenue, expenses, and other accounting data—to assess the business’s financial stability and overall performance.
- Taxes: Review tax records and filings to verify compliance and support deeper risk assessment.
- Insights: Access a detailed analysis of the business’s Worth Score—similar to a credit score summary—with a breakdown of the key factors influencing the score to quickly assess the business’s risk profile.
- Custom Fields: Create and manage custom data fields to capture business-specific information, offering flexibility to support unique requirements and enhance the risk assessment process.
- Docs: Every document that’s been uploaded in one of the previous tabs will live here for easy access.
