How to Manually Add a Business

How to Add a Business Using Only Three Details

Introduction

This method enables a business to be onboarded without requiring the applicant to complete the full application workflow.

  • Step 1: From the top-left navigation menu, select the “Businesses” tab.

    • Select the blue plus (+) icon to add a new entry.
    • Click anywhere within the Single Business pop-up window to proceed.

  • Step 2: Enter the following business information:
    • Legal Business Name
    • TIN/SSN/EIN
    • Location Address
      • Once all fields are completed, click the Create button at the bottom right to save the business. 

A form titled "Company Details" with required fields highlighted. Input fields include: Legal Business Name, DBA Name, TIN/SSN/EIN, NPI Number, and Address. At the bottom right are two buttons: "Cancel" and  "Create" button.

  • Step 3: Review & Send (Optional)
    • After the required information is submitted, a pop-up will appear with the option to Send Invitation to the applicant via email to initiate onboarding through the white-label application process.
      • Alternatively, select Close to skip the invitation and review KYB information by locating the business in the Business section.

Q: Can I send the application to the applicant later?

A: Yes, you can always open the Business record to get back to the 'Send invitation' option  

 

Q: I already have the applicant's details, can I key the application manually?

A: Yes, on the case, click the tool icon to edit the application and complete fields on behalf of the applicant.
