How to Update Branding, Logos, and Colors

Customizing the White-Labeled Onboarding Experience

Introduction
The white-labeled onboarding process is fully customizable, with every element—from subdomains to visuals—tailored to align with brand guidelines. This section emphasizes design and branding, enabling the personalization of visual and textual elements to create a seamless and engaging experience that accurately reflects the brand identity.

  • Navigate to the menu, select “Settings” from the bottom-left, and then choose the“Design and Branding” tab.

  • Custom Subdomain: Customize the subdomain to deliver a branded onboarding experience. If a custom subdomain isn’t set, the onboarding will be hosted using Worth’s standard format.

  • Logo: Upload the company logo (maximum 10MB) to display on the application welcome screen, header during onboarding, and invitation email. If no logo is provided, the business name will appear instead.
    • Please note that image uploads must be in JPG, SVG, or PNG format, with a maximum file size of 10MB.

  • Button Color/Button Text Color: Button colors and their text throughout the onboarding process and invitation email are customizable. By default, buttons appear blue with white text, but these can be modified to match the brand’s color scheme.

  • Onboarding Invite Email: The email invitation message sent to applicants can be customized to set the desired tone and create a welcoming first impression.

  • Lightning Verify Invite Email: Customize the invite message that customers receive to verify their business information. Both the subject line and button text are fully customizable.

  • Welcome Page Background Image & Color: A background image can be set for the welcome screen; if none is provided, a default Worth image will be used. Additionally, a background color can be selected for the area displaying the welcome message.

  • Progress Bar Color: The progress bar color shown throughout onboarding (after the welcome page) can be customized.

  • Usage Agreements: Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy can be displayed on the welcome page before onboarding begins. If not provided, Worth’s default policies will be shown.

  • Customer Support: Support Email Address and Phone Number: Provide the primary contact information to be shared with applicants.

  • Thank You Message Title: Customize the message displayed below the thank you title on the page customers see after successfully completing their onboarding.
