Tailor every aspect of the onboarding process to reflect your brand, from subdomains to visuals, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer journey.
Design & Branding
This section is where you can truly make the onboarding experience your own by customizing various visual and textual elements to reflect your brand identity. Start by selecting Settings from the main panel, and choose Design and Branding.
- Custom Subdomain: Customize your subdomain to create a unique onboarding experience. This helps in establishing a seamless and professional brand presence from the first interaction.
- Logo: Upload your company’s logo in JPG, SVG, or PNG formats. A maximum file size of 10MB is allowed. The logo will be prominently displayed on the onboarding welcome screen, in the header throughout onboarding, and in the invitation email. If you don’t provide a logo, your business name will be displayed instead.
- Button Text & Color: Customize the color of the buttons and their text throughout the onboarding process and in the invitation email. By default, buttons are blue, and text is white. However, you can set these to match your brand’s color scheme, ensuring a cohesive visual experience.
- Onboarding Invite Email: Personalize the email invite message that customers receive to begin onboarding. This is your opportunity to set the tone and encourage a positive first impression.
- Welcome Page Background Image & Color: Set a background image for the welcome screen (JPG, SVG, or PNG formats, 10MB max). If no image is provided, a default Worth image will be used. Additionally, choose a background color for the area where customers view the welcome message and begin onboarding. By default, this is white.
- Progress Bar Color: Customize the color of the progress bar that appears throughout onboarding after the welcome page. The default color is blue.
- Usage Agreements: Display your Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy on the welcome page before customers begin onboarding. If you don’t provide these, Worth’s default Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy will be used.
- Support Email Address: Specify the email address from which automated emails are sent to your customers. This email will also be the one your customers expect to receive support from.
- Thank You Message & Title: Customize the title and message on the page customers see after they successfully complete their onboarding. This is your chance to reinforce your brand’s professionalism and appreciation for their business.
